Podcast Episodes: Discussing The BFG!

After we completed our read-aloud and viewing of The BFG, we decided to dig deeper into understanding the story by generating think questions we still had. Students began with doing a turn and talk in pairs or small groups to discuss anything they were still wondering about, then they shared with the rest of the class. After we solidified our “Top 5” questions that would help us understand the story better, the students broke up into smaller groups to begin our BFG conversations.
