Grade 2J Fitness Challenge

One of the activity choices that IREC students do in February is Fitness Challenges. Today the 2Js created their own fitness challenge, shown in the slideshow below. They spent a minute at each of the following stations, in groups of 2-3:

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Squats
  • Push Ups
  • Butt Kicks
  • Stretching
  • Wall Sit
  • Sit Ups
