During Health class today the 2J’s shared a discussion about why eating healthy is important. We began with what our favourite treats (junk foods) were, and how it’s ok to have them once in a while. But we know that we have to Sharpen the Saw, and know that a balanced nutrition with lots of healthy foods and an occasional treat is best.
We then got into partners and answered two questions:
- …why is healthy food important?
- …what can happen if we don’t make healthy food choices?
