Why Eat Healthy? Why Exercise?

In Health class today the 2Js began a discussion about why it’s important to eat healthy and exercise. After drawing a whole bunch of examples of healthy foods and ways of exercising, students brainstormed with a partner some answers to the following statements:
1. Work with a partner to brainstorm 5 reasons for participating in daily activity.
2. Work with a different partner to brainstorm what can happen when we don’t get enough daily activity.
