In Phys.Ed. this month we are doing a lot of outdoor games, and the weather has sure been cooperating well! Today we made our own groups and did some “target practice” with snowballs. We needed to remember some key points when it comes to throwing, such as stepping forward with the opposite foot to our throwing arm, pointing at the target, and so on. Students could then decide how to set up their target (2 pylons), how many points they got if they hit the target and how they wanted to throw their snowballs (overhand or underhand). Check out the slideshow of some of our students throwing their snowballs.
