Put First Things First

As we were learning about how putting first things first relates to digital citizenship today, the 2Js watched a Stephen Covey video illustrating that habit (the one linked in the previous post).  We decided to really think about what OUR rocks are, and wrote them down on a graphic organizer.  Each student thought about their rocks and decided which ones needed to be PUT FIRST; everyone organized theirs in a different order, according to what their priorities are.  Below is a picture of Asia showing her rocks and how she puts first things first.

Make sure to think about or have a discussion at home about what YOUR rocks are; what are the things that you need to PUT FIRST?  Add a comment about your thoughts or conversation; we’d love to hear about it!!!
